This workshop series is perfect for beginners with absolutely no experience in Yoga, or someone just wanting to go back and add subtle body connection and alignment. In this series of eight workshops, we break down most of the poses found in typical classes, adding to your repertoire each time we meet.  We help you to build your stamina, strength, flexibility, alignment and practice from the beginning or from wherever you are in your practice!

-Real-time, personalized adjustments to ensure proper form

-Q & A throughout the class

Eight, one-hour classes of in-person instruction.  (Note: we need a minimum of 6 people registered and paid for the 8 session workshop series to hold eight sessions).  Session size is limited to 15.

We will demonstrate and answer questions.

$129 per person.  Prepayment in full is required to hold your spot. No prorations or refunds.
