About the Event
This beginner workshop is an entry-level headstand workshop covering headstand fundamentals for all levels. This workshop breaks down the headstand into manageable pieces for those new to headstands. Â Exercises, demonstration, and guidance will be provided, all of which will be practiced during the workshop with the intention that individuals understand the concepts sufficiently to be able to train on their own following the workshop.
