Welcome Justin High- A Certified Yoga/Meditation teacher, Trauma support coach and Corrective exercise specialist. Justin has skillfully used his foundation from undergraduate, post graduate studies and life to connect with all walks of people. As a lifelong athlete he has participated in basketball, martial arts, soccer, swimming, and track. Justin uses his knowledge in psychology, sociology, anatomy, physiology and meditation to begin and continue you on a journey of self-observation, reflection, spirituality and physical restoration.
