Craving a little CARDIO? Want to add something new and FUN to your routine? Come try RUMBLE!! RUMBLE is an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio, mixed-martial arts, kickboxing-style workout set to awesome MUSIC adapted for the group exercise environment! Great for all levels!
Taught by our studio owner Julie, this FUN class is for all levels, and did we mention-you get to use a STICK?? :) The Rumble Stick!!
