Come one, come all on Fridays at 7:30 pm to More Than Yoga, and do something 'more than yoga.'  Our awesome yoga instructor Trey Albright will be instructing a beginner's swing dance class!  Class goes from 7:30 pm-9 pm. Please wear appropriate shoes, and bring water.

Trey will be teaching beginner's West Coast swing, basic turns, dips, and moves to help you dance with fun and confidence! Bring a partner, or just yourself. W.e will learn in a rotating circle so everyone gets a partner when we're learning new steps.  Afterwards, there will be an hour of free dance to practice what you've learned, have a glass of wine in the lobby, be social, and dance.
