1. Return Eligibility:

   • We accept returns only in cases where the product received is defective or damaged.

   • Returns will be accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 3  days of receiving the product. You can reach us via email or phone, and our team will guide you through the return process.

   • We may require photographic evidence or other relevant information to assess the condition of the product.

   • The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Defective or Damaged Products:

   • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately, providing details and supporting evidence.

   • Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will provide an alternative or a store credit for the same value.

   • In some cases, we may request the return of the defective or damaged product before issuing a replacement or store credit. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed in such instances.

4. Exceptions:

   • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

   • We do not offer returns or refunds on gift cards, downloadable products, or digital content.

5. Shipping and Handling:

   • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where More Than Yoga is at fault for shipping the wrong or defective product.

   • If you received free shipping due to a promotional offer, the original shipping costs incurred by More Than Yoga will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.
