For women especially, walking at a brisk pace for just 30 minutes each day can make an immediate difference in calorie burning! It can keep you energized throughout the day, and has positive effects on your physical and mental health.
Taking a walk around the neighborhood takes very little time and effort yet offers excellent physical results. Going for a brisk walk doesn't require any special equipment, but I would recommend you have a good pair of walking shoes and your favorite playlist.
Music that is pleasant and motivating to you is proven to improve athletic performance, so I highly recommend you put together your best playlist to take with you(make sure you keep the volume low enough to stay aware of your surroundings!.)
2)Dance to your favorite songs around the house
Are you looking for a fun way to get your body moving and shed some calories? Let your favorite music be your inspiration! Bust a move in the kitchen, boogie down in the bedroom, and shimmy around the living room! Dance your way to vibrant health, and shake it like nobody is watching! Don't forget to use all that built up energy every time you hear a classic beat. Get dancing and you'll be singing with delight while giving your body exactly what it needs!
3) Do some squats or lunges while you're brushing your teeth
Looking for a fun and convenient way to get toned? Why not squeeze in squats and lunges while you’re brushing your teeth? We all spend two minutes each morning and evening using our electric toothbrushes, so why not turn on the squats and lunges at the same time? Squats and lunges strengthen the muscles of your legs, butt, thighs, abdomen, arms and core. They are great if you want to get stronger or just tone up your body.
Plus since they can be done at home with no equipment necessary, they make a great addition to any at-home workout routine! So try adding squats or lunges to your daily routine—you’ll be amazed by how much of a difference it will make!

4)Vacuum or sweep the floors

Vacuuming or sweeping the floors can be a simple and effective exercise that helps you get some extra physical activity in your daily routine. You know you have your favorite shoes that you love to binge-watch, so why not get in some activity while you're watching? Sure, you don't have to jump in head first though; a little jog in place every now and then during the commercial break will suffice.
Not only did research recently reveal that women who exercise at home are more likely to achieve their fitness goals than those who don’t, but it also stands as a great way to make sure you get your daily dose of exercise without having to miss a minute of your favorite show. So if you want to be able to multitask while staying healthy, jog in place while you watch TV!
6) Do some gardening
Got some planting and growing to do? Look no further than your own backyard! Did you know that gardening can burn some major calories? With minimal impact on your joints, you can burn fat while gardening or doing yardwork - it's a great at-home workout with outdoor potential! No need for costly equipment - all you need is a sturdy pair of shoes and an eager attitude.
I will say, however, that having a handy, portable kneeling pad definitely eases the pressure on the knees if you like to get down in the dirt! Soak up some sunlight and burn those calories, feeling fitter than ever before - now that's using nature to your advantage!
